Q - How much will it cost?
A - There's the initial cost of designing and creating the site- this varies depending on the complexity of the site you require. If you require lots of features, this pushes the price up. Please refer to our price packages as a guide - use the contact page to detail your exact requirements for a quote.
Then there is also an annual charge to maintain the site. Ongoing costs include hosting (the fee payable to the company who own and maintain the computer your site is actually stored on) and domain names (the fee for registering your website name, e.g. example.co.uk). An email will be sent advising of the impending renewal date, once confirmed and fee settled we will complete the necessary registrations for you.
Q - What would I need to do?
A - You would need to provide us with the content text required to display on your website, after all, you know more about your business than we do! Think about who your target audience is... professionals initiated in your field or the average member of the public?
Through image sourcing we can provide quality photographs for added attraction, cost of which will be advised. However, if you prefer to provide images specific to your company or products that you want to show to your visitors, like promotional images or pictures of your premises please feel free to email them for insertion providing the quality is satisfactory. On the other hand, if photography is not a strong point, hire Coastal Creative for your professional shots. Costs vary depending on location, distance and how many images required.
If you want your website to fit in with an existing "corporate identity" (that is your logo, colour scheme, business cards, letterheads etc.) we will need a copy of your logo and colour scheme required. Otherwise, a logo and colour scheme can be developed.
Q - What about payment?
A - For all projects we usually ask for a deposit in advance, with the balance payable on site completion. In all cases full payment is not due until you are satisfied with the end result!
Payments can be made through Paypal with a 3% increase to cover charges, cheque, bank transfer or the best method, good old fashion cash.
